Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 7–13 business days, depending on your location and product origin.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Total Delivery Estimate

Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for total delivery.

Note: Some items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, up to 30 business days

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee changes.

If you receive a damaged item:

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
